What to Expect During Your Stay
A villa is an upscale holiday home that offers the best of everything. The bedrooms have more space compared to the hotel rooms. You will have your own living and dining spaces, just like home. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook the meals. If you don’t want to cook, then you can order food from outside or hire a chef. Just ask the villa manager.
The entire property is going to be solely for you and your group – this is likely to be the first thing you will notice. You don’t have to share anything with people you don’t know. This means you will have complete privacy. In some private villas for rent in Morjim, there is a live-in security team, while others offer nighttime security.
You can expect housekeeping service on villa vacation as well. The house will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. The towels and linen are changed every three days usually. You can request extra cleaning for a charge. There will be a television, DVD player, and a music system. In some villas, all the bedrooms have televisions. The kitchen has many appliances.
You will have a private pool, a garden, and a lawn all to yourself. In a hotel, you must share all the common areas with people you don’t know. There can be pesky neighbors or loud kids.
The basics – You can expect basic items like salt, pepper, oil, and kitchen appliances in most villas in Morjim. But there won’t be any washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc. You can shop yourself or ask the villa manager/caretaker to buy what you need. It is customary to pay a tip, and of course, you have to pay for the purchase.
Linen and towels – The bedrooms have linen. Most villas for rent in Morjim have luxury toiletries in the bathrooms. The linen and towels are changed weekly or every three days. Housekeeping is offered twice a week.
For babies/infants – Items like cots and high chairs are usually available on request. Some villas will charge for them. It is always good to place your request in advance.

Please inform the owner/caretaker about the time of your arrival, especially if you are going to arrive early or if you will be late.
Try not to arrive at midnight as most owners/villa managers do not live at the home. If you know you will be arriving late, please let us know in advance, so that we can arrange for the key holder to be there or provide alternative arrangements.
If your flight or train is at an odd hour, then you can request a late check-out. Always seek prior permission. The villa may not charge for this if it is only for a few hours. However, this is purely at the discretion of the villa.
