Talpona Beach

Talpona Beach is in South Goa. Located in the Canacona region, it is one of the southernmost beaches in Goa. The beach gets its name from the Talpona River, which meets the Arabian Sea here. On the other side of the river there is Rajbag Beach. On the southern end, after a rocky headland, there is Galgibag Beach. Talpona can be an excellent choice if you prefer a quiet and isolated beach where you could be the only tourists. Almost the entire stretch of beach is lined with palm and pine trees. You will also find small bushes. There is a wooded hill fringing the ocean. The beach is located between two rocky headlands, separating it from the Talpona River and Galgibag Beach. The isolation, serenity, trees, hill, and the river make this one of South Goa’s most pristine and picturesque beaches.
