Apartment
The Apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms (en-suite) a combined living/dining space and a kitchen. The Living Room provides a ceiling Fan and is elegantly furnished with sofa sets a teapot, table top cabinets a dining that seats 4 and the room goes out to a spacious balcony through French windows which ensure brightness.
The Master bedroom is spacious with a high ceiling air-conditioned and has French windows that leads on to a wide balcony. A Queen sized bed and mattress with a bedside table, large wardrobes, a full length mirror, ceiling fans and a wall mounted T.V. The en-suite washroom is spacious with a washbasin, European Toilet and shower. The second bedroom has almost the same features and fittings as the Master with the exception of a balcony but wide windows.
The kitchen is spacious with multiple kitchen cabinets, microwave, washing machine, gas stove, water filter, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Arpora is less developed than some other areas of Goa, and is thus a more serene and quieter place. There is a lot more greenery, as the neighborhood still largely retains its former village status.
