Bedrooms – This is a 2-storied house with 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. All of them have king beds – they are either modern or antique four-poster beds. There are extra pillows for sleeping comfort, wardrobes, dressing areas, armchairs, and study tables. Two walls in the master suite are almost entirely made of glass, so the views are always gorgeous. The other bedrooms too have wide windows and doors opening to balconies.
Bathrooms – The bathrooms have showers, his/her sinks with modern faucets, large mirrors, and a chest of drawers. You will find both towels and toiletries.
Living Room – Serene Sol villa is impeccably designed with a touch of Goan/Contemporary look and feel. The innovative design, architecture, and location make Serene Sol the perfect choice for a luxury living experience in the lap of nature. On entering the house, you will reach a fabulous lounging area, which has many sofas and armchairs. Various antiques and objects of art decorate the space. There is a second sitting area on the upper floor. You can call this the ‘Glass Room’ as three sides of this room are made entirely of glass windows. Several glass doors from here lead to a fantastic terrace.
Dining, Kitchen – The formal dining table sits in one side of the living room. It is an 8-sitter table, so all of you can have your meals together. You can have your food outdoor too on the terrace, while enjoying the fantastic views of verdant valleys and hills. The ground-floor kitchen is fully-equipped. You will find all forms of appliances, and also tableware and glassware. There is also an air-conditioned bar in Villa Sol.

Property Location: Nerul
Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
