Bedrooms – The 4 bedrooms in Skye Villa are located at a distance from each other, which guarantees that you will have space, even when in the same group. Bedroom #1, next to the living room, is huge. It has a king bed, an antique chest, a large wardrobe, and a sofa. Bedroom #2 with a king bed is also big. It can easily sleep one additional guest in the sofa bed. Bedroom $3 has twin beds but they can be combined if needed. It is on the first floor and opens to a balcony. Bedroom #4 is beside the pool. One entire wall of this king room has a glass sliding door that opens to the lawn and pool.
Bathrooms – All the 4 bedrooms come with their own bathrooms. They have showers, towels, and toiletries. One bathroom has perhaps the finest Italian marble work you will find in Goa.
Living Room – Villa Skye is a large North Goa rental property. You will find several lounging areas of all sizes spread throughout the house. The ground floor living room has two sofa areas, one facing the pool, and a second, arranged around the large-screen television. There is a music system too. Several pictures and objects of art decorate the space. The first floor has a second lounging space with a small library and some old photos. And, as you enter the house, you will find a third area, which acts as a very nice transition between the outdoors and the indoors.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining area, which has a 6-seater table, is also on the ground floor. This room is also air-conditioned like the bedrooms and the formal living room. A door from here leads to the pool terrace. This North Goa villa for rent has a big-sized kitchen where you will find all types of cooking appliances. There is also a refrigerator and a washing machine.
Swimming Pool – When you stay in this luxury property, you will be surrounded by a well-kept terraced garden. The terrace has a private 14- swimming pool, which is flanked by a manicured lawn and many plants. Steps lead down gently into the pool. Just glide yourself into the inviting water for a swim. There are two sofa areas next to the pool – one on the deck and the second within the lawn.

Neighborhood
Tourists coming to the popular Candolim, Calangute, Baga area of Goa from the airport will pass almost from the front of this property. The area is well connected, but Nerul, which gets its name from the river, has still managed to retain its village charm. Go on a boat trip on the river to see a different side of Goa. You can reach the Reis Magos Fort, Aguada Fort, and Candolim easily from Villa Skye.

Property Location: Nerul
Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
