Bedrooms – Villa Serene Mansion is spread over two floors, offering ample space even for a large group of 16 guests. The ground-floor bedrooms provide easy access to the villa’s impressive grounds. Those on the upper floor offer better views of the surrounding greenery and river. Each bedroom has a large double bed with high-quality linen and soft mattresses. There are bedside tables, seating areas, rugs on the floor, wardrobes, televisions, and mirrors. Large windows provide natural ventilation.
Bathrooms – The bedrooms all come with ensuite bathrooms where you will find large mirrors, washbasins, toiletries, and towels. There are shower cubicles with rainwater showers.
Living Room – The ground-floor living room is super comfortable. It is a large space with cane sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables. There are two different sofa arrangements, which means that the entire group can relax here, spend quality time together, and plan what to see and do in Goa. The room has two doors. The first takes you into the space from the parking area and the second to an outdoor lounging area next to the river.
Dining, Kitchen – The villa’s dining table is placed in one corner of the living room. This elegant glass-topped table can seat everyone. On one side, you will find a modern lampshade and on the other side, a grand staircase that goes to the upper level. The kitchen has many modern appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, toaster, microwave, water filter, and others. Veg. and non-vegetarian breakfast is included with your stay.
Swimming Pool – The infinity swimming pool is a star attraction of this North Goa rental home. It occupies a large space on the riverfront. There is a beautiful seating area between the pool and the river for you to relax and enjoy the views. On the other side, you will find a lush lawn with plenty of tall trees. The garden has a sofa area for your outdoor lounging. A few steps away, also on the riverfront, you will find a shaded area with a second outdoor lounging space. Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
