Bedrooms – Escape into a luxurious sanctuary and enjoy a dream vacation. Serene Heaventree has 5 super bedrooms. They are spacious and gorgeous rooms with large comfortable beds, a mesmerizing décor, and luxurious ambiance. They all have antique four-poster beds or classic double beds, wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space, armchairs, large-screen televisions, air-conditioning, and soft rugs on the floor. Paintings decorate the walls. Large French doors open to the garden or private courtyards.
Bathrooms – The bedrooms all come with ensuite bathrooms where you will find large mirrors, washbasins, toiletries, towels, and showers. One bedroom has a unique outdoor shower.
Living Room – You will find several lounging areas in this luxury villa for rent. The formal living room is large. It has deep-cushioned sofas, a modern coffee table, large-screen television, and a beautiful chandelier. There are additional armchairs too. Fresh hues, iconic prints & modern details are the hallmarks of this space. The second living room is on the terrace. Under shade, this room also has sofas and armchairs. It is open on all sides and provides beautiful nature views.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining area features a long elegant table with 10 chairs. It is on one side of the formal living/dining room. The entire group can sit together and have their meals here. You can have your breakfast on the terrace or the rooftop sitting area. In the kitchen, you will find pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, glasses, and many appliances.
Swimming Pool – A separate staircase from the ground level will take you to the pool area. The main feature of this section of the estate is the huge banyan tree with its many roots. The villa’s private swimming pool is built around this tree. The tall tree and its leaves provide shade. Enjoy a dip in the pool’s cool and refreshing water. Around the pool, guests will find loungers, a sofa, and a hammock for your relaxation.

Neighborhood
Villa Heaventree gets its name from the huge banyan tree. The house is located at the center of a lush forest in Vagator. Several major tourist attractions are nearby like Vagator Beach, Chapora Fort, and Chapora River. You can also visit Morjim Beach on the other side of the river.

Property Location: Vagator
Vagator is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in North Goa, particularly with the Europeans. Dramatic red cliffs look down on the scenic rocky coastline. There are two fresh-water springs. An area on the beach, called “Disco Valley” is where all the trans-parties are held. Party every Sunday on the Hilltop. At other times, it is quieter, peaceful and laid-back. You can visit some of the other beaches of the North or see the tourist attractions close to Vagator.
There are many restaurants, clubs, shacks, supermarkets, ATMs, yoga studios and massage centers in the neighborhood.
The beach is sandy and a little rocky. The sea can also be rough at times. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when swimming or just relax on the beach.
