Assagao is an awesome choice for a relaxing holiday. The area is surrounded by green, wooded hills, and is away from Goa’s touristy neighborhoods. And yet, several beaches are nearby. The closest beaches are Vagator, Anjuna, and Morjim – three of Goa’s most popular beaches. There are no large hotels or resorts in this area. You will only find a few residential houses with each house at a decent distance, which guarantees your privacy. The area is very quiet and peaceful.

Bedrooms – The villa has 6 superbly appointed bedrooms, all with large double or twin beds. Some of them are modern, while the others are antique four-poster beds. One of them is an exclusive bedroom for the kids with its own attached bathroom. There are 55-inch smart televisions in four rooms. Each bedroom has an artistic ceiling décor, which makes them all unique spaces. They all have armchairs, sofas, large wardrobes, and mirrors. There are bedside tables with reading lights.
Bathrooms – All the 6 bedrooms, including the one for young children have ensuite bathrooms. You will find washbasins with modern faucets, antique mirrors, towels, and luxury toiletries. There are showers and tubs with body jets. The bathrooms have beautiful marble work or bamboo decorations.
Living Room – On entering the house, you will reach its impressive living room that has a dramatic vaulted ceiling and hanging chandeliers, which adds a classy touch to the interior. Beautiful tiled flooring adds to its beauty. There are two different sofas, providing seating space for everyone. There is an elegant coffee table and side tables. A gorgeous chandelier hangs from the ceiling. A glass sliding door opens to the private pool.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining area is located at the far end of the living room. It features a glass-top table with chairs for everyone, so the entire group can dine together. There is a large balcony on the first floor with dining and lounging areas. On the rooftop too, you will find an area where you can have a drink while enjoying the sunset. It has a bar. Villa Serene Esperanza has two kitchens. One is for the use of the guests.
Swimming Pool – This North Goa luxury home has a 40-feet lap pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The pool area is surrounded by a rich forest that extends all the way up to the hill. There is a small pool terrace too with a chair and a lounger for your relaxation.
