The villa is located at the side of a green hill with a path going up to the Miraculous Cross on the top. It is at the crossroads of this path with the Anjuna-Mapusa Road leading to the Anjuna Beach. It is a very quiet and serene area, perfect for a relaxing stay. You will only find a few local houses and cafes around the villa.

Bedrooms – Ariana is a 2-storied villa with 3 bedrooms. The ground floor has one bedroom with a direct access to the private pool through a glass sliding door. It also has a small private garden with a cozy seating area. The first-floor has the two remaining bedrooms, both with private balconies that offer panoramic views of the neighborhood. all three bedrooms have large king beds, satellite televisions, wardrobes, study tables, dressing areas, and bedside reading lights.
Bathrooms – The bathrooms have showers or bathtubs. There are large mirrors, basins with modern faucets, and luxury toiletries. The villa’s staff will change the towels and linen during your stay.
Living Room – The open-plan living room blends timeless elegance with modernity. There is a large sofa area for the entire group that faces a large-screen television. Elegant chandeliers hang from the ceiling. There is also an antique chest of drawers with a beautiful lampshade. A large glass sliding door opens to the pool and garden, so you will always be close to the outside area of this villa.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining table is placed behind the living room seating area. It is a 6-sitter table, so there is a chair for each guest. There is a second glass door here that also leads to the pool. You will also find the well-equipped kitchen on this level of the house. It has many appliances, pots, pans, glasses, and plates. Breakfast is complimentary and the menu includes eggs, bread with butter and jam, poha, upma, grilled sandwich, paratha, cutlet, chole bhature, tea, coffee, and more. You can also ask for a chef for the entire day.
Swimming Pool – Villa Serene Ariana has a wraparound private swimming pool, which will be exclusively for you for the duration of your stay. You can approach the pool from various areas – from the ground-floor bedroom and from the dining area. From the living room, you reach a wooden deck and then the pool. Several loungers are placed on the deck. There is also a small garden on the opposite side of the pool with garden chairs and many flowers.
