Bedrooms – Villa Seashore has 3 bedrooms for 6 guests. They all have large king beds that can easily sleep two guests each. A small child can also sleep with her parents. The bedrooms are huge, much bigger in size than most hotel rooms, so you will have more space to unwind. Large windows offer fantastic sea views and allow the sea breeze to flood the rooms. During the mid-day heat, you can power-up the air-conditioning. The second bedroom opens to a private terrace and the third to a wonderful balcony.
Bathrooms – The house has a total of five bathrooms, all with showers, the finest marble work, and designer washbasins. Both hand towels and bath towels and also toiletries are provided.
Living Room – On entering this North Goa villa, you will reach the impressive living room. It is a huge open-concept room with a large seating area. The earthly tone of the walls contrasts with the bright-red sofa. Indoor plants, paintings, and objects of art decorate the space. One entire wall has a glass panel that offers views of the garden. Windows on a second wall provides views of the pool and lawn.
Dining, Kitchen – The formal dining table sits at one corner of the open-plan living/dining space. It is a 6-sitter table, so the entire group can have their meals together. A winding staircase goes to the upper floor, where you will find a small lounging area and a huge sea-facing balcony with a second informal dining area. This North Goa luxury villa also has a well-equipped kitchen with many appliances. You can cook yourself, order food from outside, or ask for the services of a chef. The upper floor has a small bar and a third lounging area with a sofa.
Swimming Pool – Guests staying in this peaceful seaside property will have their own private pool. It is a large pool with a shallow end. There is a small island in the pool with a bright-red bridge, which is a favorite with the kids. A lush garden and lawn surround the pool. You will find several loungers here for your outdoor relaxation.

Neighborhood
Villa Seashore is in the Reis Magos neighborhood of North Goa. It gets its name from the beautiful Reis Magos Fort, which is very close. You can easily walk down to the fort. Coco beach is only 70 meters away. It is a small but serene beach that is known to very few tourists and thus remains empty. From your villa, you can easily reach the popular Candolim area and also Aguada Fort.

Property Location: Nerul
Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
