Bedrooms – With 8 bedrooms, this North Goa property is a great choice for a large group that wants to holiday together. You can stay here for an annual holiday with the entire family or a reunion of friends. All the bedrooms have king beds with crush linen and extra cushions for comfort. They are huge. Large French windows offer beautiful views of the garden. There are satellite televisions, wardrobes with hangers, seating areas, and designer lamps in each bedroom.
Bathrooms – The 8 bedrooms are all ensuite, so there is never standing in a queue. They all have showers. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Living Room – The living room with splendid French windows, comfy sofa sets, a large television screen and an aesthetic pleasing interior is the right place to socialize with your loved ones. You will reach this huge room on entering the house. The first seating area has an earthen sofa with matching chairs facing a large-screen television. Move further into the room and you will find a second modern sofa. There is a door behind this that goes to the landscaped garden. A beautiful marble staircase goes to the first floor.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining space also in the ground floor. It is at one corner of the large living area and offers a good view of the scenic outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cookware, and serve ware, which makes Mansion villa a complete holiday home.
Swimming Pool – It is the outdoor area that really sets this villa apart, whether it is the magnificent pool, the rolling greenery, or the outdoor lounging and dining areas. The infinity pool is designed along the riverfront, so you can cherish the views while gently wading through the water. You will find plenty of seating and relaxing areas on the poolside too. Neighborhood
This North Goa luxury villa is located on the side of the Nerul River, which meets the Mandovi close to where it empties into the Arabian Sea. The location is awesome for nature and bird lovers. There is a mangrove area on the opposite bank of the river where you can see many birds and even the occasional crocodile and dolphin. It seems like a green oasis. But the resort area of Candolim is very close. You can drive to the LPK nightclub in just 5 minutes.

Property Location: Nerul
Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
