It is on the top of a hill beside the Nerul River. The popular Candolim beach is on the other side of the river – only a 5 minute drive away. Play, swim, or just relax enjoying the views in front of you. Thanks to its elevated position, this luxury villa offers gorgeous views. You will be surrounded by lush greenery, banana plantations, and gorgeous sunsets you will remember for a long time.
This is a large 5-bedroom villa for 15 guests. It offers the ultimate luxury holiday away from the crowds in a tranquil setting. There is an infinity swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, bathrooms with tubs, kitchen with a coffee machine, and many other amenities that will make your stay super comfortable here. Bedrooms – The ground floor has two bedrooms while the three others are on the upper level. However, they all offer excellent views, thanks to the villa’s hilltop position and large balconies that face greenery. Each private balcony also has a seating area. You can enjoy your morning coffee here or an evening drink while enjoying sunset views. One wall of each bedroom is made entirely of glass, so you can get these views even from your bed. Four bedrooms have king beds. One has twins. All the 5 bedrooms are large. One extra bed can be fitted to accommodate 5 extra guests.
Bathrooms – There are 5 bathrooms in the house, all with the bedrooms. Additionally, there is a powder room in the living area. There are big-sized showers. Two have bathtubs. Towels, toiletries, and hairdryers are provided.
Living Room – Villa Hilltop offers several living areas, which ensures that the house never feels cramped even when all the 15 guests are indoors. The formal living room has two sofa areas, one with a huge television. There is also a telescope. You will find both cushy sofas and leather armchairs in these sections. Both these areas open to a balcony where you will find a third lounging space. There is a fourth living area, also with comfortable sofas, a few steps below the dining area.
Dining, Kitchen – The formal dining table can seat everyone. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar too for five more guests. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, teppan grill, wine fridge, stove, and traditional ovens. You can self-cook or ask for a professional chef.
Swimming Pool – Villa Hilltop truly stands out because of its splendid outdoor area. The infinity pool is perched at the edge of the cliff and overlooks the lush countryside. A huge terrace with several lounging areas, both under the sun and shade, surround the pool. You will find a grassy lawn and a small garden at one corner. There is also an open-air non-heated Jacuzzi.

Neighborhood

Property Location: Nerul
Nerul or, as it is also called, the Coco Beach is a small village and beach in North Goa, at the mouth of the river Mandovi. Panaji, the capital of Goa, and Calangute, the largest resort of the region, are located near the resort. The area and its surroundings are very beautiful and picturesque.
The beach is quite and uncrowded. Almost lack of tourist infrastructure.
