Bedrooms – The five bedrooms are spread throughout the two floors. Four of them are ensuite. The ground floor bedrooms provide direct access to the lawn and pool, while those on the upper level have balconies. They all have king beds with high-quality linen and extra pillows that provide sleeping comfort. A couple of bedrooms have bright colored walls, while the others have soft tones. Large wardrobes provide plenty of storage and hanging space. All of them have sofas too.
Bathrooms – There are a total of 5 bathrooms in the house. Four of them are with the bedrooms, while 1 is in the common area. They have marbled walls, his/her sinks, showers or bathtubs.
Living Room – The ground floor has the common areas. There are two large sofas, both providing seating for all the 10 guests. The first has a large-screen television, in case you want to watch a movie. The kids can see cartoon and stay entertained while the adults can relax beside the pool. The second sofa area has a wine cellar and a bar with glasses. Villa Exuberant truly offers everything to the different needs of the guests.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining area and kitchen are a part of the same unit, which is nice because the family can gather together and help in the cooking. The table seats 8 guests. In the kitchen, you will find a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a chimney. Pots and pans are provided.
Swimming Pool – When you stay at this villa in Anjuana, you will have exclusive access to a private swimming pool. Enjoy a dip in its refreshing water. Teach young children how to swim. Get a tan or just relax on a poolside lounger. There is a small garden and lawn at one side and a covered pavilion with a seating area. Just beside this, there is an old well.
