Bedrooms – There are 4 separate units in this holiday villa for rent, each having 3 bedrooms, spread over two floors. Each bedroom is huge, offering plenty of space for you to move freely. The décor has a pleasant blue color, representing the color of the sea. You will find large king beds with extra pillows and soft mattresses, wardrobes, bedside tables, makeup mirrors, armchairs, and potted plants. All the bedrooms have a 55-inch television for your entertainment.
Bathrooms – The bathrooms have shower cubicles with rainwater showers or bathtubs, large mirrors, and modern washbasins. Towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Living Room – Step into the house and you are sure to be wonderfully pleased. Each room is thoughtfully designed for your relaxation and comfort. An abundance of natural light floods the spaces. This creates a warm and inviting vibe. Unwind in front of the TV, watch a movie, your favorite sports team in action, or spend quality time with your group. The living room has many chairs, sofas, potted plants, and a wide-screen television. Each unit has a second lounging space on the upper floor.
Dining, Kitchen – The dining area and kitchen are planned together. It has two separate tables with chairs. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, washing machine, and more. Breakfast is included. You will have tea/coffee, bread with butter or jam, eggs, and a choice of many vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. Seasonal fruits are also served.
Swimming Pool – Villa Essencia has a total of 5 pools. Four of them are with the individual units. There is also a central big pool, which is so huge that 25 people can swim or wade through the water together. Such a large estate requires ample space, which the villa owner has thoughtfully provided. A wooden deck surrounds the large pool. Here, you will find several outdoor dining areas, which are all under shade.

Property Location: Vagator
Vagator is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in North Goa, particularly with the Europeans. Dramatic red cliffs look down on the scenic rocky coastline. There are two fresh-water springs. An area on the beach, called “Disco Valley” is where all the trans-parties are held. Party every Sunday on the Hilltop. At other times, it is quieter, peaceful and laid-back. You can visit some of the other beaches of the North or see the tourist attractions close to Vagator.
There are many restaurants, clubs, shacks, supermarkets, ATMs, yoga studios and massage centers in the neighborhood.
The beach is sandy and a little rocky. The sea can also be rough at times. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when swimming or just relax on the beach.
