Bedrooms – The 5 bedrooms are all unique as they are all designed in different colors and styles. However, they all have large double four-poster beds with soft mattresses and extra pillows for additional comfort. The bedrooms are all larger than the average hotel room, so you will have more space to spread out and relax. There are wardrobes, satellite televisions, armchairs, study tables, bedside reading lamps, and makeup mirrors. Windows provide views of the surrounding greenery.
Bathrooms – The ensuite bathrooms are all massive. They have washbasins, showers, ceiling fans, and bidets. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Living Room – Villa Casa Tina has a huge 800 sq. ft. living room with dramatic wooden beams on the ceiling. The room offers plenty of sofa area where the entire group can gather to relax, watch a movie, share their travel memories, and plan what to see and do in Goa. The room has several air-conditioners covering every corner. Several doors lead to a shaded verandah, which offers views of the surrounding greenery. You will find many other smaller lounging areas spread throughout the estate. The games room has a pool table and another sitting area.
Dining, Kitchen – The air-conditioned 12-sitter dining area is located next to the swimming pool. It has an elegant glass-top wooden table. You will find a second dining area in the backyard under the shade of a tall tree. It is perfect for breakfasts. Villa Casa Tina also has a large well-equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, pots, pans, glasses, and plates.
Swimming Pool – This North Goa luxury villa has a stunning 50-foot private swimming pool that is a show-stopper. There are two fountains, which always excites young children and even the adults. On one side, there is a poolside cabana, where you can relax on loungers under shade. Loungers are also placed on the sunny terrace for sunbathing. On the other side, there is an outdoor bar with high chairs. Lush lawns with garden footpaths connect the various parts of the estate.

Casa Tina is located in the heart of Vagator in a rural community. It is far from the touristy areas but an easy 5-minute drive from both Vagator and Ozran Beach. Anjuna and Morjim are also close.

Property Location: Vagator
Vagator is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in North Goa, particularly with the Europeans. Dramatic red cliffs look down on the scenic rocky coastline. There are two fresh-water springs. An area on the beach, called “Disco Valley” is where all the trans-parties are held. Party every Sunday on the Hilltop. At other times, it is quieter, peaceful and laid-back. You can visit some of the other beaches of the North or see the tourist attractions close to Vagator.
There are many restaurants, clubs, shacks, supermarkets, ATMs, yoga studios and massage centers in the neighborhood.
The beach is sandy and a little rocky. The sea can also be rough at times. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Be careful when swimming or just relax on the beach.
