Its 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 6 guests. Inside the house, you will find separate dining and lounging areas, and a well-stocked kitchen. Outside, but within its secured walls, there is a private swimming pool and a gorgeous wooden deck.
When you stay at Ariana 3, you will have the entire villa just for you and your group. It gives a sense of intimacy and calmness, which cannot be matched by any other type of accommodation. The neighborhood too around this property in Anjuna is tranquil. It is away from the touristy areas. You will find many traditional homes and tall trees all around. A forested hill rises sharply just behind the house.

Bedrooms – The three bedrooms are all lavishly decorated. Antique furnishings blend very well with the otherwise modern décor to present unique sleeping spaces. The ground floor has one bedroom. It opens to the pool terrace and a private garden. This bedroom has a blue theme, matching the pool outside. The top floor has the remaining two, both with private balconies. The top floor bedrooms have a pink and green color theme. All three have king beds with crisp linen. They are air-conditioned and ensuite.
Bathrooms – The three ensuite bathrooms are all contemporary in design. They have bathtubs or shower cubicles, washbasins with modern faucets. Towels and toiletries are provided.
Living Room – Spend your indoor time in luxury at the ground floor living room. The villa owner firmly believes that you should spend most of your time outside when you are in Anjuna, but any time you spend inside, should be draped in complete luxury. True to that, you will find a lavish and comfortable armchairs spread throughout the living room. It opens through a floor-to-ceiling glass door to the terrace.
Dining, Kitchen – The formal dining area is at one side of the open-plan ground floor room. It has a round antique table for four guests and faces the pool. Of course, you can also carry the food outside and enjoy it on the poolside if you like. The kitchen, which is at the other corner of this room, has a stove, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, and other appliances. Tableware and glassware are provided.
Swimming Pool – The first thing you will notice when you arrive at Ariana 3 is its impressive outdoor pool. The pool will be just for you and your group for the duration of your stay. There is a lovely wooden deck on one side with loungers and bean bags where you can relax after a dip.

Neighborhood
It is a fantastic location for those who want to stay close to a major Goa beach and yet far from the crowds. There are no large hotels in the neighborhood. However, you will find many good places to eat and drink, like Gun Powder, Sublime, Babka Cafe, and Tamarind. It’s an easy walk to the beach where there are many more options. Anjuna beach is certainly worth visiting. It is close to Baga, which means, it can be reached easily. But Anjuna receives a lot fewer tourists, which ensures that the ambiance is always serene and quiet. The sand and the sea are also clean. There are plenty of trees everywhere.
