- The kitchen includes: set of dishware, microwave oven, blender, juice squeezer and other equipment necessary for comfortable holidays spending;
- The sitting room has a TV with DVD.

- The cleaning is made every day. The change of bed sheets is conducted every 3 days/by request.
- The breakfast is included.

The infrastructure is in its infancy. Several restaurants, including well-known for its cuisine Florentin Restaurant. For shopping and entertainment tourists are usually travel to Panaji or to some seaboard towns.

Just returned from a week at this lovely place. An absolutely lovely, peaceful villa in the countryside. All bedrooms have wonderful beds! The kitchen is well equipped down to excellent knives! Angela was most helpful with planning tours, getting groceries in for our arrival and arranging divers (as well as a rental car). We would happily go back to this lovely place!
