- Bedrooms at the villa (all with their own bathrooms) are spacious, with comfortable king-size beds, linen sheets, A/C and satellite TV system.
- Ground floor: 2 spacious bedrooms.
- First floor: one master bedroom with pool view and one children room.

- Maid cleaning service 3 x per week, change of towels and change of linen every three days, air conditioning throughout.

The villa itself is spacious and very light thanks to lots of glass doors and windows.
The garden is cleverly designed with lots of tropical plants and also your very own private swimming pool and parking.

Outstanding villa + Hospitality. such an amazing place lovely pool !! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. Hope we will be back again soon! A gem in Goa hospitality was outstanding, wonderful pool, we were assisted with all amenities and given great advice of places to go by satti and finally the food outstanding nothing too much trouble. Such a lovely place with amazing staff! satti was extremely helpful. The chef cook was fantastic and the villa was a gem!
Your villa located at scenic place which gives us immense time to spend. Staff are so humble and caring. I must say one of the best village across the country. 2 days spent at villa would be memorable, first night we had great time a side a pool. Thank you so much.
